Staff: Syns way

Okay my way is easy and it works.

Only have two administrators. ( You and the person who is either the most active and good posting or your most trusted User or friend )

Only have about 3 or 4 moderator's ( most active should be the leader or see above and then the goodest examples of the people and posting and active people should be the rest of the moderator team. )

Assistants you should only need 1 or 2 varrying the size of the forum. ( both of them should have good people skills and has resources to answer the questions right away.) If that goes as planned you should not have to worry and do your job as a administrator.

Graphic and Tech Teams should both have people ( good experienced people in both that know how to do both things. Graphic Team needs people to do the graphic category same as tech team. )

If you have all of this you will be good and you can worry about yourjob!

Why 1-2 assistants? also what do we do when there's more people here? How will we give them a reason to stay on?

No need for such demands with such a current small community.
In order for all that to work, we need more members first.
There's no need to rush
